There are two main reasons for the failure of the testing machine to reach the rated test force during the use of prestressed steel strand.
1、 The oil delivery valve is stuck with foreign matters and cannot work smoothly; 2、 The hydraulic system may leak.
The solutions to these two problems are as follows: 1. Disassemble the oil delivery valve for cleaning, and use a toothbrush to clean the areas that are not easy to clean; 2、 In case of oil leakage, the oil leakage can be tightened or replaced with a new gasket, which will make the prestressed steel strand equipment safer and more convenient in use.
Secondly, during the use of prestressed steel strand equipment, the moving crossbeam may not rise and fall smoothly. There are two main reasons for this. One is that the lubrication between the screw rod and the base hole is insufficient or foreign matters are blocked. The other is that the locking screw of the lower nut of the screw rod is loose. It is easy to solve this problem. If it is, we can remove the nut at the lower part of the screw rod, start the oil pump, use the piston to push the screw rod out and clean it, or add lubricating oil for installation. If it is the second case, it is better to check and reinstall the screws for locking.
